Important
The CricZone shop is not dispatching orders
No order can be placed through this site and nothing is being sent out. There is no parcel in transit from CricZone.
This page exists so that the answer is on the record rather than absent, and so that a reader looking for a delivery promise finds out plainly that there is not one.
What this page deliberately does not say
You will not find a carrier, a dispatch window, a delivery estimate, a freight charge, an international duties rule or a lost-parcel policy on this page. None of them has been decided, because nothing is being sent.
A delivery page that invented any of those would be CricZone making a promise about your parcel that nobody in the business has made. That is worse than an empty answer, so the answer is empty and honest.
What will replace this page
Before the shop takes a single order, this page will state, for each place we send to:
- who carries the parcel
- how long after you order it is sent
- how long it usually takes to arrive
- what postage costs and when it is free
- what happens with duties and taxes on anything sent overseas
- what happens if a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged
Those answers will be on this page before you can place an order, not afterwards.
Your rights when something is delivered late
When you do buy from an Australian business, the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that services, including delivery, are provided within a reasonable time. What counts as reasonable depends on what you were told when you ordered.
Important
These rights cannot be taken away
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where anything here appears to, the law applies and this page does not.
