Adil Rashid is an English right-arm leg-break bowler who plays county cricket for Yorkshire. He made his one-day international and Twenty20 international debuts in 2009 and played Test cricket between 2015 and 2019. Rashid was part of the England sides that won the 2019 World Cup and the 2022 T20 World Cup. With Jos Buttler he holds the world record for the highest seventh-wicket stand in a one-day international, made against New Zealand in 2015. He was appointed MBE in 2023.
