About Chadd Sayers

Chadd Sayers is a former Australian swing bowler who played first-class cricket for South Australia from 2011 and specialised in the long form, not playing Twenty20 at all. He bowled slower than most contemporaries and was known instead for precision and movement, a combination that kept him effective in the Sheffield Shield while repeatedly leaving him short of higher selection. Sayers played for Australia A from 2013 and won his only Test cap in the final match of the 2017-18 tour of South Africa, at Johannesburg. He retired after the 2020-21 season.
