About Dirk Nannes

Dirk Nannes is a former left-arm fast bowler who played international cricket for both the Netherlands and Australia, one of the few cricketers to represent two international sides. He was a mogul skier who competed at World Cup level before taking up cricket seriously, and made his first-class debut for Victoria in the 2005-06 season. Nannes played two Twenty20 Internationals for the Netherlands at the 2009 World Twenty20 and made his Australia debut later that year. One of the first freelance Twenty20 players, he appeared for teams in nine countries, and he now commentates.
