Gus Atkinson is an English right-arm fast bowler and batter who plays county cricket for Surrey. He made his first-class debut in 2020 and was part of the Surrey side that won the County Championship in 2022. Atkinson took four for twenty on Twenty20 international debut in 2023, the best figures by an England men's bowler in that situation, and on Test debut at Lord's in July 2024 took twelve wickets in the match, the best by an England debutant in 134 years. He was named a Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 2025.
