Harmanpreet Kaur is an Indian all-rounder, a top-order batter and right-arm off-spin bowler, who has captained the national women's side. She led India to the Women's Cricket World Cup title in 2025, to the Women's Asia Cup in 2012, 2016 and 2022, and to gold in the cricket at the 2022 Asian Games. Under her captaincy India recorded a first Test win over Australia, in 2023. In 2018 she became the first Indian to score a century in a women's Twenty20 international.
