About Harry Tector
Harry Tector is an Irish middle-order batter and occasional off-break bowler. He captained Ireland at the 2018 Under-19 World Cup, where he was his side's leading wicket-taker and was named by the International Cricket Council as the squad's rising star, and he had been named Cricket Ireland's male academy player of the year. Tector made his senior international debut in September 2019 and was among the nineteen players given central contracts in January 2020, the first year all Cricket Ireland contracts were full-time. He has captained the Northern Knights.
