Laura Wolvaardt is a South African right-handed opening batter who has played for the national side since 2016 and has captained it since 2024. She led South Africa to the finals of the Women's T20 World Cup in 2024 and the Women's Cricket World Cup in 2025, finishing runners-up on both occasions. Wolvaardt plays for Western Province and has appeared for Adelaide Strikers and Southern Brave.
