About Lauren Cheatle
Lauren Cheatle is an Australian left-arm fast-medium bowler and left-handed batter who plays for New South Wales and the Sydney Sixers, having earlier played for the Sydney Thunder. She grew up at Bowral Cricket Club and is known for swinging the new ball. Cheatle played her first match for Australia in a Twenty20 International against India in January 2016 and made her Test debut against India in December 2023. She was appointed captain of the NSW Breakers before the 2025-26 season.
