About Naomi Stalenberg
Naomi Stalenberg is an Australian all-rounder, a right-handed batter and right-arm medium bowler. Born in Blacktown to a family of Dutch descent, she played football before cricket and committed to the game after a gap year in Utrecht, where she turned out for a local club. She represented New South Wales from the 2013-14 season and joined the Sydney Thunder for the first Women's Big Bash League. A fast-scoring season in 2015-16 brought an Australia call-up, and her single Twenty20 International came against India in January 2016. Stalenberg moved to Tasmania in 2020 and has also played for the Hobart Hurricanes.
