About Nauman Ali

Noman Ali, whose name is also written Nauman Ali, is a Pakistani left-arm orthodox spin bowler and left-handed batter. In domestic cricket he was the leading wicket-taker of the 2019-20 Quaid-e-Azam Trophy, having earlier led the lists for Khan Research Laboratories in both the first-class and one-day competitions. He made his Test debut against South Africa in January 2021 as, at the time, the fourth-oldest Test debutant for Pakistan, took the wicket of Quinton de Kock for his first in international cricket and then five for 35 in the second innings, the twelfth Pakistani to take five wickets on debut.
