About Estonia

Estonia were granted affiliate status by the International Cricket Council in June 2008. An Estonian league was founded in 2007 around clubs based in Tallinn and has since spread to Tartu and beyond, and players registered in it are eligible for the national side. The team took part in the European Twenty20 Division Three championship in Slovenia in 2011, finishing as runners-up to Sweden, and won the Baltic championship against Lithuania later that year. Estonia's first Twenty20 Internationals were played against Spain and Malta at La Manga in 2019.
