About Victoria

Victoria are the men's first-class side of the Australian state, first playing in 1851 and competing in the Sheffield Shield and the domestic one-day cup. The team was known as the Victorian Bushrangers between 1995 and 2018 before dropping the nickname. Home matches are shared between the Melbourne Cricket Ground and the Junction Oval at St Kilda, and the side is administered by Cricket Victoria, drawing players mainly from Victorian Premier Cricket.
