Dhaka, 11 August 2026:

The Bangladesh Cricket Board has announced a 15-member Bangladesh High Performance squad for the 2026 Study Northern Territory Top End T20 Series, scheduled to be played in Darwin, Australia, from Aug. 21-30.

Wicketkeeper-batter Irfaan Shukkur will captain the Bangladesh HP side, which is scheduled to leave for Australia on Aug. 14 as part of its preparations for the 10-day Twenty20 tournament.

The Top End T20 Series will feature nine teams and 30 matches, with Bangladesh joining a competitive field that includes Victoria, Hobart Hurricanes, ACT Comets, HH Kingsmen, NT Strike, Nepal, New Zealand A and the Adelaide Strikers.

The tournament will provide Bangladesh’s emerging players with an opportunity to gain experience against a mixture of Australian domestic teams and international opposition in Darwin conditions.
